The City of Naperville would like to request that users of SeeClickFix use the official Citizen Support Center system provided by the city to residents and local businesspeople. By using this method, your request will be routed to the appropriate department much more efficiently.

The URL for the city's Citizen Support Center is http://www.mygovhelp.com/napervilleil/_cs/supporthome.aspx. You can also visit it at anytime by clicking "Citizen Support" near the top right of every webpage on the City of Naperville's website.
