Description

It is incredibly telling about how the city views it's population that an area that is very diverse has the worst streets and that never see repaired. This entire stretch of road is riddled with potholes and crumbling roads. There is no reason for this much road damage to go unrepaired. This is not new damage, this is at least 3 years old (as long as I have been driving on it).
