Description

The problem is my yard has become the drain for High Ridge Drive. There are no drains on the right hand side of the street so all water pools at my driveway and runs down both sides. My driveway used to be gravel, that has all since washed away. This has been reported multiple times and all we get is that it is a grading issue. Yes, it is a grading issue with the street. There is not enough of a pitch to direct the water to the drains on the other side of the street. My basement now floods because of this, my driveway again has washed away the gravel and now I have a crack in my foundation. this needs to be addressed!
