Duplicate Case

Funny, I don't see another case, and it certainly isn't fixed. As of yesterday there wasn't any sign that the location is even on the city's radar. Mind adding the case number if it REALLY is a duplicate case, so we can follow up on this? This is an ongoing issue that pops up every single year because the city refuses to actually fix the issue, just cover it up and hope it goes away.

This issue still isn’t fixed. 75% of the people that drive down Dowling swerve around it and eventually someone is going to get into an accident with either another car, bicyclist or a pedestrian.

....then who is going to be to blame? The City of Mpls? The people involved in sweeping this under the rug? I know I wouldn’t want to put myself in that position.
