It’s true. It is so dangerous for drivers exiting the fincastle loop as they can’t see the incoming vehicles from the left side. If this is not a parking violation, I don’t know what is.

The Code Officer did not see any parking violations on Saturday.

They are there and I saw them. Check again please. They have been there for months

Parking Enforcement found no violations over the weekend.

I really doubt if you have checked it. They were there during the weekend. Furthermore they were there this morning and blocked the view of coming traffic. They have been there for months, day and night. I will report to the city council if you can't do your job.
