No disrespect but why is the issue closed, the debris is still there? I don't thnk it is fair or proper for you to have to clear it. The lawn service for 211 Sunset Dr. N. is the only lawn service in our area that leaves debris in the alley and they do it every week. I have tried to catch them while they are there to try to get them to stop. I have tried to find the owner but there rarely seems to be any one there so I do not know if it is a rental. This is very frustrating and it has been going on for many month. I have even paid to have prior loads hauled away. isn't there some way to fine the owner or have them disclose the landscape company and fine them?
