Drivers are ignoring the stop sign at the end of the service road in front of the Eastwood Business Park not realizing that drivers exiting the Buisness Park have the right-of-way without a stop. Most drivers that ignore that stop sign also ignore the stop sign at the Old Eastwood Road intersection, as well.
