Westbound canal @ Garfield once again corner turn light green arrow, works every third day or so it seems. Crews were working on overhead connections yesterday and yep sure enuf no green arrow this morning, light traffic this week, next week cars will be lined back to the ent/exit of the 2 condo complexes if this doesn't get back to a rotating process . Third time this has occurred in as many months. Please review Westbound side turning South
