Chatham Rd needs COMPLETE resurfacing b/w Brookland Pkwy and Wentbridge Rd. While you're at it do too Loxley Rd b/w Westwood Ave & Brookland Pkwy. Incredibly bumpy--TOO many patches have been done. The Chatham one exists b/c cars get off of I95 & use it as a route or cut thru...Thx
