Once you pass Macarthur Blvd. on Arizona Ave. and get to the intersection of Arizona Ave. and Canal Rd, you see a sign indicating when you can turn and which lanes are open at different rush hour times. However, these signs are posted too far down and one cannot "escape" and turn around once they get down there. A sign should be placed at the intersection of Macarthur Blvd and Arizona Ave. so people know which lanes are open before they get down there and become stuck.
