Description

Hi - I wanted to put in a request to increase the amount of time under the crossing signal for people crossing north/south over Grand St along Marin Boulevard. Currently pedestrians only have 15 seconds to cross this busy street which is not enough time. The opposite side gets up to 90 seconds. Given the large volume of residents walking north along Marin Boulevard to get to the Path train this has turned into a major safety issue. Residents will run across the street to make the signal or jaywalk and its about time before someone gets hit by oncoming traffic.
