Description

As an avid user of recreation facilities in red deer I've noticed an increase in the amount of teens hanging out in big groups making messes every where they go, swearing out loud for the families with small children walking by to hear, smoking (under age by the looks of it) right outside the doors so the customers walk through it, and increased graffiti and vandalism . They have absolutely no respect for the staff in the facility who make an effort to kick them out, they rarely ever listen to them and talk back and argue with them rudely to the point where staff have to call for police assistance.

The recreation facilities are supposed to be family oriented facilities meant for recreation not a place for teens to take over the building for hours at a time and break the law and get away with it. They should not be getting away with such things.
