Thanks for calling that in to report it.
The Clean Air Council has taken note of the location and company of the idling buses in our effort to identify idling hot spots. We report these hot spots to Air Management Services to create targeted enforcement.
What will help with this effort is to keep recording these instances of idling, and note the time of day, and duration of idling in addition to the location and company.

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact the Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report them to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
