Good Morning Janie,
Please recheck for the light pole number. It should be a "four digit" tag starting with 5, 6 or 7. Please let me know what address the light is closest to.
Thanks

I have submitted a BGE service ticket for this issue. I informed them about the lid rattling and also let them know there was debris inside the fixture
Note: Harford County owns the lights but BGE provides any maintenance or repairs. Any resident can call BGE directly to report this incident at 1-800-685-0123 then use prompt 2 then 5. They will need to know the nearest address to the light and a pole number which is a "four digit band" usually starting with a 5, 6 or 7. Resident should make sure BGE gives them a service ticket reference number in case the repair is not completed in an acceptable amount of time.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter!
