I see the trucks out there in that entire vicinity working on it but have not seen any improvements! It's a big mess!

Completely agree. This morning, heading southbound on 4th St, a long line of cars stopped in the Left turn lane under the overpass and completely blocked the path of the cars who had the green light to turn from 4th St N onto westbound Gandy/Roosevelt. It's a mess and not to mention a dangerous intersection in general.
