Description

The renters at 121 WEST Rutgers have not taken their trash can to the road in several months. The trash is now being spread across the neighbors lawns and into the road.

Called Building and Safety with the complaint at 3:06 p.m. on Tuesday 3/05/2013. Talked to Patty who said she would send someone out for code enforcement at this address. I also ask is it registered and she said yes it is.
