Description
Southbound Landowne Ave. approaching Garrett Road and the Rt. 101,102 tracks needs two signs, "Lanes swerve" and "Stay in Lane". People in the right lane constantly drift into the left though lane instead of staying in the right lane. The merge point is south of Garrett.

What does it matter if "the merge point is south of Garrett"? People are going to merge when they see an opening, and not necessarily wait until the last moment.
What Penndot SHOULD do is make the right lane "right-turn-only" at Garrett Road, leaving the center lane for thru traffic. Then, everyone gets their merging out of the way before approaching the trolley tracks and Garrett Road.

Sage, there is no "center lane." Your proposal would mean there is only one lane that crosses over Garret.
There indeed should be a stay in lane sign because you're not supposed to switch lanes in an intersection first of all, and second of all, lanes are marked for a reason: so people stay in them....
