Description

Because of construction on UTC's ARK (Aquatic Recreation Center), all students coming from the main direction of campus are required to cross an additional street in order to reach the 'temporary' back entrance, which happens to have been there for at least eight months now. While the construction is neccesary, it is a very busy interection. It is hard to cross during busy hours, and frusterated strudents constantly dart out between the cars when many of the drivrs are simply exiting the highway and may not even realize that they are bordering a college campus. Perhaps if the traffic system was designed to allow more time for pedestrians to cross this wouldn't be such a hassle.
