Description

This was recently installed by a contractor, how does public works sing off on their encroachment permit with conditions like this? Manhole and surrounding concrete need to be brought up to asphalt grade. Additionally the other manhole in this intersection is also low and has fresh asphalt along edge that doesn't meet grade

Q. Please provide more information on the exact location, such as nearby intersection, milestone, landmark, etc.
A. At intersection of Rehrmann Dr and N.Lincoln st where crosswalk was recently repaired. Manhole is WAY below grade creating huge bump in lane of traffic
Q. How deep is the pothole?
A. Less than 6 inches deep
Q. How wide is the pothole?
A. Between 6-12 inches wide
