We received your email regarding the Summer Grove @ East Lake street lights. Customer Service is responsible for issuing any orders needed to maintain/service our streetlights. The email address for Customer Service is customerservice@utility.org. However, this is a general email. If something more specific than an out light needs to be reported, it would be better to contact Customer Service by phone at (770)502-0226. We are available Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm at your convenience.
Now, I did speak to our service department about the replacements lights. All of our existing lights will eventually be replaced by LED lights. The replacement LED lights are the most comparable to what is currently there. Less wattage is required and it is able to accommodate the fixture there. If you would like something else, that may require a different fixture and may incur additional costs for the change. If you would like to meet with an engineer to discuss your lighting alternatives, please contact Customer Service to request a staking appointment.
Sincerely!!
