Description

Developer has begun clearing building lot sites ahead of city permit approval. Trees have been cleared and a road has been created through property (parcel 142502-2-127-2003). Three building lots have been proposed. One partially cleared lot is potentially infringing on Albertson right of way and within wetland buffer.

I would like to request that an updated wetland delineation be completed before the potential building sites move forward. It has been over five years since one was last completed. One was not required with the original application and it is unclear why. The neighboring property is under conservation easement; the entire wetland is home to many native creatures including a significant tree frog population.
