Disgusting! Why are city officials letting this BS keep going on?? This "sh__" is exactly why many people on Craigslist say they don't want to live in the Bayview. Our District Supervisor is falling short on their responsibilities of improving our neighborhood. Shame, shame on the city....obviously, they do not care!!
