A. Frequent vehicle accidents and near accidents take place at the intersection of Althea and Donna Belle. (A vehicle accident took place yesterday 4/23/18). This is a residential neighborhood with an elementary school two blocks away at Lamonte and Donna Belle. The two way stop sign is creating an unsafe environment for neighbors, children playing or walking to school, and for vehicles passing by. This intersection requires a four way stop sign.
