So how come this one gets attention, and our missing pavement, pot holes, tree roots, etc on Merriewood Circle get ignored AGAIN!

This one on Pineneedle has gotten no attention, and they tell me it won't until the street gets repaved, which might be years from now.

I guess we really needed all that money spent on Palm Trees for Hegenberger Road, only to have them all pulled out a few years later when the put the BART shuttle in. This city can waste money more than any I have ever seen.

This repair is on the City's standard response schedule for road repair.
You can expect completion of this project sometime between 2035 and 2084

But a new theory is that if since their excuse for not allowing speed bumps is fire truck routes, have the City explain why a pot hole is not simple the opposite of a speed bumps and therefor illegal by code requirements of the fire department.

Hard to more than shake your head though to identify the root cause of this.

But my new theory is that if since the City's excuse for not allowing speed bumps is "fire truck routes do not allow them", have the City explain why a pot hole is not a speed bumps in reverse, and therefore a code violation per public safety requirements of the fire department.
