Deskripsyon

I have a cable crossing my property at 1032 Wood St that connects to my neighbors home at 1034 Wood St.. The cable extends from a pole in the alley behind our properties to the 1034 Wood St address.
The cable is connected on both ends but it has sagged and is laying on tiop of my garage. I think it is either an abandoned SECTV or Verizon telephone cable that was servicing a previous 1034 property owner. The present owner does not subscribe to either SECTV or Verizon. I would like to have this cable removed and my neighbor would also have the cable disonnected from his house.

Called both over a week ago and was told that they would check it out to see if it was their cable. As of today the cable is still laying on my garage roof.

As you most likely already know, this sort of issue is not a big priority for any cable related company. They'll probably get around to it when their crew is in the area, if they don't forget by then.

I know it is not a city issue and the original poster must know that as well. I think the problem lies in the proper use of this website. What is it? Is it only for government issues or for all things that could be fixed by any entity?

There has been no response from either the telephone or cable company. I will contact them again but you can close the issue I'll handle it myself. Click fix was no help to me.
