Street lights are on timers, are they out all night long, or just when you get up to gorge yourself on junk foos at 2am? State highways like Baltimore Pike are taken care of by PennDot, not your local township.

no not at all, I have to call the Springfield township and notify them to have Block's jewelers to clean up the trash..street lights are still the lowest watt of the century!
