Description

The audio device to assist blind pedestrians in crossing 24th Street NW provides incorrect information. It says "Walk sign is on to cross southbound 24th Street" when that walk sign is NOT on, but the walk sign IS on for northbound 24th. And vice versa.

This is very dangerous. A blind pedestrian who relied on these audio cues would wind up walking into traffic.
