Children's Daycare has been allowed to remain in residential neighborhood (Daycare lot is Lot 1 Block 1 of the College Downs Subdivision). The College Downs Community Association (CDCA) reported the violation to City of Charlotte (including Pat Mumford), but never heard from Mr. Mumford, and Planning just gave building codes.
