Is there any additional information describing the problem?

Resident noted two concerns: The speed limit on washington makes it difficult to turn onto, and with no traffic signal they say it also becomes a hazardous turn, especially when going left from peach onto washington.

The Mayor's office has reviewed the TASC recommendations and has assigned this request to the engineering department to check crash records for demonstrated safety problems, and if indicated, refer the request to MassDOT. Otherwise they will request MassDOT erect "Intersection' warnings signs at the two Washington St approaches.
