Description
I have been waiting weeks for a permit to have a tree removed that my tree service (licensed, insured, been in business in St Pete for 25+ years) tells me should not be an issue to permit. It is weak, it is huge, it has massive limbs just feet above my new roof and it a Laurel Oak, not Live Oak. I have plenty of other "credit" trees in my yard and would gladly plant more to have this one removed, but I have been waiting and waiting. All this has been explained to the City in messages with the "inspector" but no action. Apparently many other tree services are suffering the same delays. Can SOMEONE at the city intervene and break the log jam?

The City of St Petersburg periodically reviews old SeeClickFix reports in an effort to clean-up past issues that were resolved some time ago. We are now marking as 'closed' those issues that were submitted in the past for which the work has been completed or the issue has otherwise been resolved.
If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website or mobile app and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
