The Frontier Fence company of Millis Mass. Has installed a fence that is only 6 inches away from the property line. I spoke with the subcontractor and he told me he is not responsible for the placement as his boss told him to put it back 6”. The abutter is in Japan for the week and therefore has not a clue this is happening.
