These should be made 'one-way' streets or place 'no parking' signs on one side of he street. Take it up with your local councilman. But, don't expect any results. They have too much to worry about - like reducing fire and ambulance protection for the Bourough.

Agreed. But, this is only one of many streets in the Borough that need looking at. Many should be either one-way or parking should be eliminated on one side of the street. Back when not everyone owned an automobile and the average was less than one car per housing unit these streets were satisfatory. Now, with ownership of 2 and MORE per housing unit some streets are limited to one lane of traffic, even those with two-way traffic patterns. Looks like a good job for a new Borough committee to research. Call your councilperson.
