Deskripsyon

Can the sewer caps / manhole covers and surrounding pavement be brought flush with the road surface on Black Point Road between Rt 1 and the Eastern Trail Rd? They are currently recessed in the way of the normal lane position heading away from Rt 1 towards the marsh and cars swerve to avoid them.

We have checked the sewer manholes along this section of road. We did not find any of the sewer manholes to be excessively recessed. We always want a slight recess otherwise in winter we risk tearing the whole structure out of the ground while plowing. We will monitor these structures and correct issues if needed in the future.
