This is referring to the sidewalk being uneven and being forced up by tree roots- not a pothole. The sidewalks have been patched, but are still very uneven and slanted.

Thank you for using Improve Detroit. This sidewalk complaint has been referred to the City Engineering Department for investigation. Sidewalk repairs and replacements are completed only at the time when the street is resurfaced, during construction season. Our goal at the DPW Street Maintenance Division is to is to maintain the City of Detroit's roadways in order to promote safe travels within the City.

Sidewalk repairs and replacements are completed only at the time when the street is resurfaced, during construction season. Our goal at the DPW Street Maintenance Division is to is to maintain the City of Detroit's roadways in order to promote safe travels within the City.

Is there an update to this sidewalk repair? With the weather improving, I am hopeful it can be addressed prior to summer. This presents a big trip hazard to pedestrians.
