At Signature Nails & Spa in the Natick Collection, my nail technician continued to do my nails even though he did not clean up his area from the previous client(s). There were old, gross nails everywhere. I felt like that was very unsanitary. I attached a picture with this, but honestly it doesn't do the situation much justice. It was a lot worse than this, I just wanted to be subtle.
