stopped up storm drain on the northwest corner of Seminary Ave and Westminster Ave. This has been reported multiple times in the past 5 years at least, and various crews have come to fix it. However, the problem is as bad as ever with this current rain. In addition, the he water backs up so badly that the road itself is breaking down.
