The light takes an extremely long time to allow the cars coming off of Mill St. Sometimes 10 to 15 minutes and other times it does not turn green at all. On Thursday the buses were going through the red light because it never changed. This has been a problem in the past also. This is even more of a problem since Rodman School is on that corner.
