Description

The drainage ditch on Sugar Hill Dr. (from Chimney Rock to Bering) isn't functioning properly because it has become overgrown with vegetation, grass, and weeds. Also, dirt and soil has partially filled the ditch (it accumulates in the ditch over time when it rains). Please excavate this ditch to its original V-shape and elevation as soon as possible because the rain water is not draining and is attracting lots of mosquitoes. We have many young mothers and children in the area and do not want to increase the risk of the zika virus here. Thank you.
