They had workers (no permits) put new doors and molding up over the molding and rotting wood. They did not fix the problem; they only attempted to hide it. When we spoke to the workers, they said there is a lot of rot damage and they were told not to fix it/just cover it up.

Your office went to investigate but didn't follow thru "club house is locked, I don't believe they use it, close". Please re-review the description/complaint; it states that the clubhouse has been "vacant for years due to issues". So, when you go reinvestigate on 06/07/2018, it will still be locked. This is a sick building and nothing is going to be done if you don't do something. PLEASE do something!
