There is a utility pole for I assume a guy wire on our property (in the back yard) that connects out to the main poles on Washington St. The one in our yard is in very bad shape I noticed, leaning quite a bit (I can actually move it if I push on it) and splitting up where the wire is bolted in. Not sure who to notify,
