When it rains, the 1417 side of street doesn’t drain. It pools in street at curb. It also pools on sidewalk making the sidewalk non useable bc it has deep water pools that extend to the curb. There’s also a manhol cover on the parkway that no longer fits in the hole and a small kid could fall down.
