Description
Boat parked on yard. Also, owner parks car in the street directly across from another car parked on the opposite side of the road near stop sign. This blocks the view of making a right hand turn onto Helena and blocks the view of the car approaching the stop sign on Helena. Numerous almost accidents occur everyday.
