I have not seen any progress.

As of today, the property of 153 Nassau St NW (case #CC-2018-04161) has a pending status for clerical research meaning we have located who the owner is. After this is successful, we have to research and find where the owner is located so we ensure the owner receives the violation, which I see we just completed. It was last updated on 6/25/18 that we contacted the owner and was advised he will handle this violation as soon as possible and we will be re-inspecting it again soon.

They have 'fixed' this several times and it continues to not be a long term solution. I will take another picture today.

We will forward the image over to the assigned team, the re-inspection just occurred on 11/12 and this case will be updated accordingly.
