Description
Cyclists riding wrong way on high park are 1-way:
We live on a one way treet which leads away from High Park. As in so many Toronto neighbourhoods, our driveway is narrow, and has obstructed views. Frequently, when backing out onto the road, a cyclist riding the wrong way on our 1-way street will narrowly miss our back bumper. They then cause problems at the next intersection, where drivers are promised e street they are coming from is 1-way, and I ave seen THREE (in the 8 short months we have lived here) very narrow misses of cyclists getting creamed.
We need explicit signage for cyclists about the 1-way, and occasional patrols to hand out tickets. We just don't want to see anyone get hurt!
