a 3'x3' with 5" deep hole, digged up by pgw workers last year, and they did not cover it up properly.
This hole is right in front of Clemente middle school and kids are not safe when vehicles try to avoid and swerving to kids.

update as of 5/7/13: The hole is getting bigger and worse. Cars try to avoid it by swiveling to the median where there are many middle school students standing to cross the street.
