Description

There needs to be more garbage cans in situ behind the apartments on 9th street. There is constantly garbage overflowing from the bins behind them. This spreads litter all over the neighbourhood which makes it appear disgusting. The city usually does a decent job of picking up the trash but its hard to keep up!
