Concerned with an above ground pool that is exposed to street access and it is not fenced in.
Concerned with the safety aspect that would allow any child in the neighborhood to enter the pool and be at risk. Not sure of the policy but I thought all pools were to be fenced in and secured by the owner. It's an accident waiting to happen. Please review. Here are the swimming pool regulations per the Town of Chelmsford website: https://ecode360.com/8274254
The pool is over 4ft tall, with a locking ladder, which puts it in compliance with Town regs. Permits were pulled and signed off on 4 years ago when the pool was installed.
