(Duplicate ticket) This is an ongoing issue that the Blight Dept, which is a sub-division of the Health Dept., has been working on for a couple of months. The debris is in the driveway and on private property. An emergency order is needed to be issued by The Health Dept. to go onto the property and pick it up. This continues to be an open ticket in the Blight Dept. queue.

Thanks, Tom. There is now a pile on the property line and over onto the sidewalk. Can't the city pick that pile up now, please?

What is the normal procedure for this type of issue?

An Emergency Order has been signed by the Director of the Health Dept. giving the Public Facilities Dept. permission to go onto the property and remove this pile of debris. It is in the queue with the Roadway Division.
