Description

This neighbor has 2 large orange cats that he allows to roam freely in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, it means I get stuck cleaning up the cat poop from my yard, and i do not like it. i do not want any bad feelings with the neighbor, so I'd appreciate it if could be handled discreetly.
