Description

Over the course of the past month I have timed the length of time it takes for the traffic light at South Mary Ave and El Camino Real to change.
On many occasions there is no cross traffic and yet the light stays RED.
The average time has been 6 minutes, with one incidents being 8 minutes and most being 5 minutes.
Please have someone look into this matter to ensure faster traffic roll through.
